LT REALTY works with both tenants and landlords in

Leasing a property should not be a nightmare for a tenant or landlord!
There are steps to take to avoid the nightmare!
- LT REALTY requires all tenants to complete an "Application for
Tenancy" form, and allow us to obtain a credit report. (there is a non-refundable fee
for the credit report). We will then verify the information you provide us.
This allows us to not only find out what you are interested in leasing, and assist you in
finding the home to suite your needs, but allows us to place you in a position where the
landlord can see that financially you qualify for the lease.
- LT REALTY requires that all landlords meet all legal requirements in
regards to their property's condition, and place in writing all items pertaining to the
lease for the tenant to review prior to signing the lease. This way, the landlord
can be sure the tenant is aware of all responsibilities they will be undertaking when they
lease the property.
When the steps above are followed, the landlord and tenant can look forward
to a pleasant and mutually beneficial relationship!
